BACK TO CAMP 41

Tom’s groundbreaking science was matched only by his incredible communication and networking skills as he traversed the globe sounding the alarm on biodiversity loss and climate change. Following his passing on Christmas Day , 2021, his family and several close colleagues traveled to his world-famous Camp 41, the site of the longest continuously-running scientific research station, to spread his ashes and return him “Back to Camp 41.”

Narrated by Sir David Attenborough and Annie Petty.

Debuting at the National Portrait Gallery for DC Environmental Film Festival on March 30th.
